Regent ‘Construction Services’ Management team manage all the building projects and ensure the highest possible standards are met on all aspects of the project. We undertake exhaustive due diligence in appointing sub-contractors and manage the programme schedules and costs. It is our strict organisational and coordination experience which enables clients to have a single point of contact from project concept through to completion.
CURRENT PROJECT- BENTLEY HOUSE 8 LINKSWAY NORTHWOOD
The original property has been demolished to make way for a new 7-bedroom house. Bentley House will be a 16,500 SQFT High end Luxury Residential Home. The Construction of the build will be from a steel structure frame followed by traditional bricks and carefully crafted cast stone sills. Bentley house boasts 7 bedrooms, swimming pool, gym facilities, offices, elevator, grand entrance to staircase combined with glass/bespoke timber and steel, bespoke bathrooms/kitchens and a bespoke Front and back landscaped garden with Features.
